The hotel is housed as part of the world famous Loch Ness Exhibition Centre which is open all year. Themed shops are also encompassed within the hotel. Loch Ness Cruises are available from the hotel reception.
All the rooms have been newly refurbished in 2003 and are ensuite. They include power shower and bath. Full facilities are offered including tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, hairdryer and sleep easy beds. Out of the 20 rooms 12 are in the main building with 8 annex rooms only 20 yards away.
The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisine ranging from hot and cold meals, snacks in the cafe. Evening meals are served in the main restaurant with fabulous views over the local Glen down towards Loch Ness on the 1st floor.
The reception area is very small in size but welcoming in its decor and is situated next to the bistro.
